Sharing the same property as the Wellington Bird Rehabilitation Trust, Feathers & Flora was founded on the vision that the sale of the plants would support the care of the growing intake of birds being treated, while also allowing the trust to be both financially and environmentally self-sustainable. 

By purchasing plants from us, you are directly supporting the rehabilitation, release and re-homing of approximately 1,000 birds a year.

​We have a wide variety of plants available, including native, non-native and fruiting varieties. All of these plants have been nurtured and maintained on-site with the senior expertise of trade horticulturalist, Warren Kerruish.
